Ominous Powers Incorporated (OPI) is a supernatural corporation that enslaves recently dead souls to serve the magical elite. Headquartered in a liminal space of the afterlife, they exist outside of the normal flow of time. This allows them to recruit from any point in history and for staff to labor at any point in time. Enslaved staff are contracted as a free labor force to other magical companies, in exchange OPI takes a minority stake in client businesses. Rumors circulate among OPI staff as to whether or not they have always existed or simply invaded all corners of reality from unknown regions.
